Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Ohio. Additionally, Ken is a TUV Certified Functional Safety Engineer (FSE) and a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Paul Mayhan has more than 20 years of experience with safety systems for industrial machinery, processes control, compression systems and power generation. Paul holds Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Paul is a TUV Certified Machine Safety Engineer (CMSE^®) as well as a TUV certified process control safety engineer (SIS).

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communications and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Graphic Design from Cazenovia College in Upstate NY. Additionally, Joshua is a TUV Certified Machine Safety Technician, who has attended multiple guarding and safety related seminars, and other training courses.

As the Safety Services Manager with Machine Safety Specialists (MSS), Steve prepares quotations and proposals, manages scheduling, assists with report generation, and provides project management services for critical safety projects

Brian Huber has more than 20 years experience designing control reliable systems and risk assessment programs. From Avery Dennison to Veyance, he has designed comprehensive risk assessment programs and seminars that deliver results and save money. Brian has trained hundreds of industrial customers in the U.S., Germany, Mexico and Japan. He has attended OSHA Machine Guarding Schools 204 and 204A, OSHA Electrical Safety School 309A, OSHA 501, and the ASSE Workshops for ASP certification, NPFA 79 and 70E.

A member of ASSE, Brian has been authorized by OSHA to conduct General Industry 10 and 30 Hour Training and has also been certified as a PMMI trainer. His expertise with machine guarding products has been recognized by major manufacturers of machine guarding products and he has advised on new product development and applications. Robert Heater is a retired Industrial Safety Consultant Specialist, Dayton Service Office, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s Employer Management Services; Division of Safety & Hygiene. He is an adjunct instructor at Edison Community College, Piqua. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel Management from the University of Toledo. Robert has more than 40 years of experience in the area of safety, having worked in both private industry and public employment.

Additionally, he has conducted industrial accident investigations, OSHA Recordkeeping reviews & data analysis, safety team development, safety audits & assessments and safety training. He completed OSHA Course #501 and is authorized as a 10- and 30-hour General Industry Outreach Program Trainer. Bob is a professional member of the Kittyhawk Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers and recipient of their Safety Professional of the Year Award. He is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
